I rented an apartment at Gator Palms Apartments, and was very impressed by the features of my place. The location was very convenient and I loved living there. The price was good considering everything that's included, and the parking was extremely helpful since I could have never had such an easy time finding a space that close to campus. Thanks!
Kris is the best landlord I have had. I've lived in Gainesville for 4.5 years (there are some BAD landlords in town, I have contracted with them). I have rented from Kris for two years, I would continue but I am moving out of town in about 6 months. He is everything you want from a landlord, he keeps things simple, is straight-forward, and always does maintenance requests ASAP here.
